RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is a business simulation game developed by Frontier Developments and released in 2004. It's the third game in the RollerCoaster Tycoon series. The game lets the player manage an amusement park from a god view. The player needs to managed the staff and facilities so that the rides are attractive and well-maintained, the park remains clean, the visitors have something to eat and drink, etc. The game can be played in career mode, with specific goals to achieve starting from an existing park usually in a bad condition, or in sandbox mode, with no target and starting with a large empty lot and lots of money to build upon it.

Cheats

Cheat codes

To enter the cheat codes, you must rename any visitor in your park to the cheat name you wish to use. To reuse a cheat code with the same visitor (this is notably useful for the money cheat), rename the visitor to any other name, then rename it to the cheat name again. Here is a selection of codes (NB: codes are not case-sensitive):

  • John D Rockefeller: gives you $10,000
  • Frontier: no more break downs. The only problem with this cheat is that when you'll save and load the game, all shops may break down.
  • John Wardley: removes height restrictions for building stuff
  • David Braben: removes the limit on launch and chain lift speeds
  • Sam Denney: visitors like all roller coaster
  • Jon Roach: visitors like all non-coasters
  • Atari: all visitors laugh
  • Chris Sawyer: all visitors jump for joy
  • Make Me Sick! all visitors get sick
